- Master Agreement 2/26/2019 s15.5: for a higher education institution an Authorized User is a student resident in a degree or certificate programme, a prospective student, a consortia student, an employee using the product for internal training, a trustee or a collaborating researcher, plus non-traditional users up to 10% of the FTEs specified in the Order Form.
