- Master Agreement s15.4: 'FTE' means the number of full-time students plus half of the part-time students enrolled at the institution. The Order Form may describe FTE further and then controls.
- Counting rules
- Full-time students count as 1 and part-time students as 0.5. The 2015 and 2016 schedules add that faculty, staff, alumni, continuing-education and other non-degree users are priced separately once they exceed 10% of reported FTE.
