Canva acquired generative AI platform Leonardo.Ai and its team of about 120. Leonardo continues to operate its own web platform, including for business customers, while Canva plans to integrate its models into Canva.

Canva acquired London-based data visualisation platform Flourish. Flourish continued as its own platform while its technology was integrated into Canva.
