- Terms of Use §9(b): plans that enable a Team are billed under the "Pay as You Grow" model; seats added to a Team are billed on the next Billing Date unless removed before it.

- Billing Date is the monthly renewal on monthly plans and every 3 months after the start date on annual plans. The billing contact is emailed three days before the Billing Date. No refund or credit for removing seats already paid for.
