- Master subscription agreement for Freshworks Services and Software (Freshservice, Freshdesk and other products) unless a Main Services Agreement is signed: §1 Provision of Services (internal business purposes, number of Users), §2 use restrictions, §4(c) Updates, §5 Fees and Payment (no reduction of User or Asset Unit count), §6 Term, Renewal, Fee Adjustments, §7 Data Export, §12(c) order of precedence, §13 Definitions (User or Agent, SOF, Service Plans). Effective Date: April 1, 2026.

- Agent credentials may not be shared by more than one individual per licence
- Agent licences may be reassigned to replacement individuals
- Use limited to internal business purposes and the number of Users in the Service Plan
- User and Asset Unit counts cannot be reduced during the Subscription Term
- User and Asset Unit counts cannot be reduced during the Subscription Term (2)
- Service Plans auto-renew at the same number of Users unless notice is given 30 days before expiry
- Renewal fees are adjusted and discounts lapse if quantities or plans are reduced
- Freshworks Technology may not be made available to third parties other than Users and End Users
- Affiliate orders create separate agreements
- Order of precedence: SOF, Supplemental Terms, DPA, Terms of Service
- Changes to the Terms of Service take effect at the next renewal or new SOF
- Freshworks will not materially decrease plan functionality during the Subscription Term
- Customer Data is available for export for 14 days after account closure
- Channel Partner purchases remain subject to the Terms of Service
