- Product Specific Terms s.1.2(C): under a SPLA License the provider's own Authorized Internal Users may not exceed the lesser of 10% of all Authorized Concurrent Users or 20; more internal users, or predominantly internal use, requires an Internal License. (effective 2025-12-16)
