
Parallels
Parallels International GmbH makes Parallels Desktop for running Windows and other operating systems in virtual machines on Mac, and the Parallels RAS, DaaS, Browser Isolation and Secure Workspace products for application and desktop delivery. Parallels Desktop is sold per licence as a subscription or, for the Standard edition, a one-time purchase, while Parallels RAS is licensed by concurrent users.

Business purchases of Parallels RAS, DaaS, Browser Isolation and Secure Workspace fall under the Parallels Product Licensing Terms; Parallels Desktop Business and Enterprise editions and Toolbox Business Edition fall under a Business User License Agreement.[1]
Single users, or buyers of no more than 5 licences, of Parallels Desktop for Mac, Parallels Desktop Pro or Parallels Toolbox are covered by the End User License Agreement.[2]
Parallels Desktop Standard Edition is offered as an annual subscription or a one-time purchase, while the Pro and Business editions are offered as annual subscriptions.[3]
Parallels RAS has a single licensing model without multiple editions, based on the number of concurrent users connecting to the infrastructure at the same time.[4]
