- Product Specific Terms s.1.1(C): "an end user who is an employee or consultant of Customer or its Affiliate and who, for the purposes of using the Integrated Application, accesses the Server Software simultaneously with other employees and/or consultants of the Customer or its Affiliate", subject to the licence limit associated with the License Key.
- Counting rules
- Counted concurrently. Under an Internal License, the Order Form or License Certificate sets the number of Authorized Internal Users. Under a SPLA License, Authorized Internal Users may not exceed the lesser of 10% of total Authorized Concurrent Users or 20; above that, Parallels may invoice the Additional Users at Internal License list prices.
