- Product Specific Terms s.1.2(C): a subscription licence whose "primary purpose" is to let End Clients and their Authorized External Users receive and remotely access the customer's Solution through Parallels RAS. The product page states it targets MSPs and ISVs already in the Microsoft SPLA program.
- Commercial rules
- Unlimited Authorized External Users; Customer's own Authorized Internal Users capped at the lesser of 10% or 20. Prepaid User Fees cover a stated number of users with monthly peak reports due within 5 days of month end and overage invoiced monthly; Pay-As-You-Go is billed on monthly peak with a 50-user minimum (Products Licensing Terms s.4.7). Sublicense keys may be created for End Clients; License Keys may not be shared.
