- Service Levels and Support Description (effective 2026-06-01) s.7: service levels do not apply where usage exceeds reasonable usage allowances. For services including archiving, journaling or SMS messaging, and for Web Security including DNS resolution, the limit is three times the typical average user per Mimecast internal benchmarks; Mimecast may contact customers above the allowance to renegotiate terms. The MSP version applies the same allowance and lets Mimecast renegotiate with the Partner.
