- General Terms §2.3: subscribers keep records of licences, hardware and assigned Users; if Bentley suspects Usage Data is incomplete, inaccurate or indicates non-compliance it may request a written report and, if insufficient, inspection by Bentley or a third-party auditor on seven days notice.
