- Coverage is all-or-nothing and new licences are added automatically. Fees fixed until the next renewal, then changed to Bentley's current fees on 30 days notice; based on local price and currency of the Site. Invoiced annually in year one, then quarterly or annually. On termination all program rights (pooling, virtualization, subscriptions, no-charge licences) end; perpetual licences revert to their EULA. Reinstatement needs Bentley consent and a fee up to the lapsed fees.
