- Commercial rules
- Annual fee paid in advance, drawn down one quarter per quarter, based on the preceding twelve months' usage of Category A, B, D and E products plus subscribed Category C. Fees may be adjusted when usage moves more than 10% from the previous Contract Year, capped at 20%. Latest versions must be adopted within 18 months. Remaining fees are returned on early termination under the stated clauses.
