- The built-in Splashtop integration is free on all plans, but Professional (and MSP Pro) users are limited to two concurrent sessions; Expert, Master and Enterprise (and Growth, Power, Superpower) have unlimited concurrent sessions. Multiple technicians cannot access the same device at once without Splashtop Premium, which is billed for each technician seat.
