- GT s.11.1: unless the Order Form or Supplemental Product Terms say otherwise, a Subscription Term renews automatically for the same period as the initial term, but never more than 12 months, at the then-current terms and price. Either party must give at least 60 days' notice before expiry to opt out of renewal or reduce subscription scope.
