- "any Subscription Term will automatically renew in its entirety at the end of the initial Term for the same period of time as the initial Subscription Term, but in no event more than a twelve (12) month term, and subject to the then-current terms and applicable price at the time of renewal; provided however, if either party would like to opt out of automatic renewal or reduce subscription scope, then such party must notify the other party no less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration"
