- Apple Business Terms Attachment 3 §2.1 and the Service Plan Support Page: Service Plans come in single or unlimited Support Incident packages; AppleCare OS Support Select provides 10 incidents and Preferred 50 incidents for use within one year, Alliance unlimited incidents for one year, and AppleCare for Enterprise End User Support unlimited incidents for the contract duration.
