- Service Level Agreements and Support Service §1.11: "“Service Credits” means the credits incurred as a result of Zscaler not meeting the applicable Service Level Agreement, as further outlined below."
- Commercial rules
- Credits are expressed in days of fees (for example 3, 7, 15 or 30 days), converted pro rata against the annual fee for the SKU (or ZIA's share of a bundled SKU), applied to the next invoice; capped at 30 days of fees per calendar month; no refunds; not available for free or bundled-free SaaS such as the free standard ZDX in certain ZIA and ZPA SKUs.
