- Offering Terms 11.2 and 9.1(a): unless the Order says otherwise, each Subscription Term renews for successive periods of the same duration unless either party gives at least 30 days' notice of non-renewal; renewal fees are at Trimble's then-current rates regardless of any discount in a prior Order.
