- Requires a signed Teradata Master Agreement with Maintenance & Support terms, a signed maintenance order, currently licensed and supported software versions, and payment of the fee. Coverage options 24x7, 9x5 (only for perpetual licences) and 24x7 Priority; Premier Software Only Support and Premier Cloud Support variants. Hours of coverage must be the same for all equipment and software products. Some subscription licences include Premier Support.
