- Essentials EULA s.4.5: monthly-term End Users are invoiced monthly in arrears; End Users who meet the user minimums and are on an annual term are invoiced for the whole annual term in advance.
- Commercial rules
- Charges relate to provisioned users invoiced ("Licensed Usage"). Proofpoint may raise Licensed Usage when Active Users exceed it and bill pro rata for the rest of the agreed period. At each minimum period less 30 days, later invoices follow current Licensed Usage. Price increases need 30 days notice and do not apply during the minimum period. Payments are non-refundable.
