- Commercial rules
- The licensee must keep a minimum of five licences of the same term type for a version of a single development product, maintain a Software Administrator per Site, run an Approved Volume License Manager with the current licence file, provide Activity Compliance Logs on request and pay for licences used through Overdraft. Subscription and Software Services fees are annual; on non-renewal subscription licences terminate while paid perpetual VLP licences survive but cannot be increased.
