- NI Software License Agreement Addendum C s.12 and s.15: if no purchase order is issued before the term ends the VLP terminates, subscription licences terminate and Software Services end; paid perpetual licences survive as Surviving VLP Licenses under an Approved Volume License Manager and cannot be increased; an updated licence file must be installed within sixty days.
