- NI Software License Agreement s.1.A: a Concurrent License is "a license allowing you to install the Software on any or all computers at your sites for use by Authorized Users and/or by your Maximum Number of Seats at your sites".
- Counting rules
- The number of Authorized Users or Maximum Number of Seats running the Software at the same time may not exceed the licence. An approved volume licence manager and the NI licence file must control access. NI policy distinguishes managed concurrent licences (access to the pool restricted by user or computer) from unmanaged (unrestricted on the network of the licence server).
