- GTC s.1.1: "Services may be purchased through a third party authorized by Mimecast to resell the Services to Customer (“Reseller”)." s.9.1 governs transition between Resellers.
- Commercial rules
- The General Terms & Conditions still govern use; pricing and invoicing come from the Reseller, and the GTC payment section does not apply. Mimecast may terminate if the customer fails to pay the Reseller and does not cure within 15 days of notice. Notices of non-renewal and quantity reductions may be given to the Reseller or Mimecast. No Reseller may modify the Agreement.
