- GTC s.9.1: a customer that wants to move to a different Reseller notifies Mimecast in writing; the Agreement continues to apply alongside the new Reseller's pricing and terms. If Mimecast ends its relationship with the customer's Reseller, it provides a plan to maintain the Services to the end of the Subscription Term.
