- GTC s.7.2.1: where the customer purchased through a Reseller, Mimecast may terminate the Agreement and all related Services Orders if the customer fails to pay the Reseller by the invoice due date and does not cure within 15 days of written notice. GTC s.8 (payment and taxes) does not apply to Reseller purchases; refunds and service credits are paid to the Reseller.
