- Commercial rules
- Seat changes are made per customer account in the Partner Portal; the portal shows monthly cost at the contracted rate. Seat reductions are typically applied from the next billing cycle after a 30-day notice period, and in a fixed 12-month contract some reductions only take effect at renewal. Disabled user accounts count toward the licensed seat total until a downsell is processed. A separate MSP Service Levels and Support Description applies.
