- Supplementary Terms (2026-07-01) A.7.1: where the Order Form refers to hosting "Cloud", the Cloud Services are delivered by Matrix42 to the Access Point and hosted by Matrix42. Cloud Your Way page: hosted with a cloud infrastructure provider in the customer's country and managed by Matrix42 on a SaaS basis.
- Commercial rules
- Matrix42 takes back-ups under the Service Description if it has continuous technical access; availability on a commercially reasonable efforts basis 24x7 except planned downtime. The Overuse clause (Supplementary Terms A.5) does not apply, because it covers only customer-hosted software; remote review and purchase of additional subscriptions (GTC A.3.5) and audit rights (Supplementary Terms A.4) still apply.
