"Cloud" is delivered to the Access Point and hosted by Matrix42; "Cloud Your Way" or "Private Cloud" delivers object code for the customer's own environment with Matrix42 support and maintenance over a continuous remote connection; "On-premises" delivers object code for the customer's own environment.
