- Archived Product Usage Guideline (August 2024): customers with an active "Premium Support" agreement can apply in writing for long-term maintenance, available only for versions labelled LTSB; not applicable to SaaS Services.
- Commercial rules
- LTSB versions are maintained until a subsequent LTSB is available, at least 24 months; migration window normally 12 months; ends automatically with the Premium Support agreement. Extended Maintenance (12 months, not extendable, 24-month migration window) is available to customers with an active long-term maintenance agreement. The current Product Maintenance Overview (updated 2026-05-22) lists active LTSB versions: ESM 25.4 LTSB and 12.1.1 LTSB, Empirum 25.4 LTSB.
