- Idera MSLA s.4: Maintenance Services include problem determinations, problem resolutions, temporary fixes and new releases, and entitle the customer to all Updates at no additional cost.
- Commercial rules
- Renews automatically for 12 months unless the customer gives written notice at least 60 days before expiry. Licence rights survive non-renewal (s.2(e)). Lapsed maintenance can be reinstated within one year by paying the then-current list maintenance fee for the next 365 days plus 1.5 times the fees that would have accrued during the lapse.
