- Idera MSLA s.2(a): Idera grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the Licensed Software on hardware owned or operated by or for the customer, within the scope, time period and terms of the Order Form. Outsourcers may use it for the customer's internal operations.
