- Idera MSLA s.4(b)-(c): Maintenance renews automatically for 12 months unless the customer gives 60 days' written notice. Maintenance can be reinstated within one year of lapse by paying the then-current list maintenance fee for the next 365 days plus 1.5 times the fees that would have accrued during the lapse.
