- Enterprise Subscription Agreement: a "Subscription" means "a subscription to the Services specified in one or more Order Forms". Usage caps, quantities and prices are set in the Order Form.
- Commercial rules
- Invoiced annually in advance unless the Order Form says otherwise; use above the Order Form usage caps may be invoiced separately and Cloudflare's measurement is final. Auto-renews for 12-month Renewal Terms unless either party gives notice at least two months before expiry. Additional Order Forms extend (co-term) the Subscription Term. Fee disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice.
