- EULA Article 1: "Device" means a single personal computer, workstation, terminal, hand held computer, pager, telephone, personal digital assistant, Server or other electronic device used by a User. The grant is to "install and use one copy of the Software for Production Use in the country where the Software is first obtained".
- Counting rules
- One licence per Device on which a copy is installed and used for Production Use at one Site. Multiplexing or pooling front ends do not reduce the count: licences equal the number of distinct inputs to the front end. The SELECT Program Terms §4 confirm that, unless otherwise set forth, Bentley Products are licensed on a per Device basis; SELECT pooled licensing (Pooled Usage) is the overlay that lifts the device tie for subscribers.
