- E365 Program Terms §4: E365 Products are licensed on one of five bases; this category is "peak data storage". Licensing Program Eligibility notes: "Category E: Fees based on the storage needs of the highest peak day quarterly."
- Counting rules
- Usage is valued at the Enterprise 365 Price List and drawn from the Cloud Services Subscription balance each quarter. The category of each product is given in the Enterprise 365 column of the Licensing Program Eligibility list. Category C products are added by proposal and billed separately until the next Anniversary Date.
