- IAA s.3.1.2: for Direct Purchases the subscription term runs as stated in the Order Form and, unless either party gives 60 days' notice of non-renewal, payment for a renewed subscription extends it by one year.
- Commercial rules
- Renewals of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions are at the then-current list price unless the Order Form says otherwise. Fee changes do not affect current fees until the end of the subscription term.
