Automation Anywhere

Automation Anywhere makes the Automation 360 cloud platform for robotic process automation, agentic process automation and document automation. Commercial use is sold by subscription through sales, and a free Community Edition is available to students, developers and qualifying small businesses.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription
  • Free tier

  1. Community Edition lets students, developers and innovators build automations on the Automation 360 cloud platform free of charge, without a credit card.[1]

  2. For Community Edition, an organisation counts as a small business only if it has fewer than 250 machines, fewer than 250 users or less than US$5 million in annual revenue; exceeding any one of these means it is not a small business.[2]

  3. A small business, including its affiliates, may use Community Edition on no more than five machines and may process up to 100 pages per month with Document Automation.[3]

  4. Automations downloaded from the Agentic App Store are licensed directly by their owner (Automation Anywhere or a third party) under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence; they are licensed, not sold.[4]
