- "If any undisputed fees owed by Customer to AAI or an AAI Affiliate under an Order Form or a Purchase Agreement are thirty (30) days or more overdue, AAI may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend the Software following five (5) days’ written notice that it will do so, until such amounts are paid in full."
