- Credits from plan allotments, prepaid commitments and credit packs are pooled at account level; each user draws up to a credit limit (default: the licence allotment). Consumption per action varies with prompt, complexity, model and data processed. Many Workplace AI features (meeting summaries, note-taking, chat compose, phone summaries) are not currently metered.
