- Allowance is a set number of actions per Full User license per month, pooled for the whole account (10 per Full User license per month on Pinnacle). Examples for a 100-user account: Business 300, Enterprise 500, Pinnacle 1,000 and Apex 10,000 actions per month. Skipped and failed agent actions count. Usage refreshes on the first day of each month.
