- General Terms of Business s.16: "Users or units of the relevant Volume Metric permitted to Use the Service as set out in the Sales Order." User means "all users (of whatever nature) permitted access to or Use of the Services."
- Counting rules
- The Sales Order states the quantity. Use covers direct or indirect use or access "of whatever nature", including multiplexing, pooling or API connection access. SaaS Terms s.7.1: the maximum number of Authorised Users the customer permits to access and Use the Service must not exceed the number of subscriptions in the Sales Order; each User must use a unique account (s.7.2).

- No published minimum. Authorised User numbers cannot be reduced during the Minimum Term or a Renewal Term (GTB s.10.8).
