- Commercial rules
- Invoiced annually in advance from the Subscription Start Date (s.4.2). Annual indexation from the second year (s.4.3). Add-ons co-terminate at Prevailing Rates prorated by days (s.4.1). No partial termination or reduction of Authorised Users (s.10.8). Termination only at the end of a term on 60 days’ notice (s.10.4).
