- GTB s.11: on reasonable notice and no more than once a year, Unit4 or a third-party auditor may audit the customer’s Use. The customer must cooperate fully and answer information requests within 14 days. If Use exceeds the Authorised Users, the customer pays the underpayment for the entire period of non-compliance at Prevailing Rates at the audit date.
