- SaaS Terms s.2.1 grants a licence to permit the agreed number of Authorised Users to Use the Service, and s.7.1 requires the customer to ensure that the maximum number of Authorised Users it permits to access and Use the Service does not exceed the number of subscriptions in the Sales Order. Authorised Users are Users or units of the Volume Metric (GTB s.16).
