- AI Service Agreement s.4.6: "AI Provider will determine the average monthly usage on an annual basis (“Normal Business Use”)." Use is excessive if the customer's usage volume exceeds three times Normal Business Use.

The pricing page adds that AI usage limits "apply independent of number of users" and that customers are notified at 80% of their volume.
