- Definition
- “Named User” license means that access to the SRD Software is restricted to one specific Authorized User identified by name. A Named User license may not be used by multiple individuals. Customer may re-assign a Named User license to a different individual once per calendar month.

- One named Authorized User per license; re-assignment at most once per calendar month. SaaS Supplemental Terms §3.3 apply the same monthly re-assignment rule to Named User entitlements for cloud offerings.
