- Customer provides the host identifier of each workstation or server running the license management portion of the Software so SISW can generate the license file. Customer may engage a third party (including a cloud provider) to host Software only with SISW’s prior written consent, which may require a separate written agreement. No vCPU or core mapping for BYOL is published; the UCA also bars use of an Offering for the benefit of a third party without consent (UCA §3.3).
