- Cloud Services within an SRD Offering may be used worldwide by the number of Authorized Users on the Order (subject to export controls) and only with the SRD Software in that offering. Guest users are Authorized Users but do not count towards the Order limit; every user must be a specific named Authorized User. Entitlements may be re-assigned between Authorized Users in the same category once per calendar month.
